Thanks for sharing Dace! It's always a trade-off with various features. So we just need to make sure we walk into things with our eyes open and know some features may not get used, if the product still makes sense in light of that (i.e. it's not the core reason for buying) then perhaps it's still fine!
Very true! And also most of the times everyone wants to implement their CLM once and for good, and not to change it every x years, so you should look for something forward thinking and progressive.
