I am using it with my team too, awesome tool! Do you leave a library for other team members to go through the review video? I am not sure if reviews should be personal or if I should create a library to take advantage of the time invested. I wonder if it is rude to expose people’s work. Any suggestions?
I haven't done that as of yet. I think it might be more efficient as more people can learn from the video. The difficulty is that it makes it quite a lot harder for the person who's work is being reviewed. So it really requires a culture that can handle that. So far I haven't created a library, perhaps being too cautious! But I think it makes me feel more comfortable being direct in the video - I fear that if I did publish to a library I'd have to spend more time dressing the feedback up, if that makes sense!
